Rebecca is an artist, designer, and now writer whose life is on hold following the onset of an as-of-yet undiagnosed chronic illness. She is a self taught embroidery artist using all of her granny’s old hoops, and she enjoys stitching whenever possible. She studied theatre production at York University and has worked as a designer and scenic carpenter in theatre and film. She spent four years working, living, and studying in Toronto, but she is now currently living in Northern Ontario. While waiting for a diagnosis and a successful plan to manage her symptoms, she finds joy in gardening, reading, and reclining in her new lawn chair.
